This recording of music for pipe organ and brass features favorite Christmas carols and music of the season performed by Jennifer Pascual, organist with Angela Gosse and James Lake, trumpeters. The recording was made at Saint Patrick's Cathedral in New York City, where Dr. Pascual is the Director of Music. Jennifer Pascual earned a Doctor of Musical Arts Degree from the Eastman School of Music and is Professor and Director of Music of St. Joseph’s Seminary. The recording features some of the best known Christmas carols, such as: O Come, All Ye Faithful, Angels We Have Heard on High, The First Nowell, Silent Night and many more. Works for solo organ are also included: Keith Champman's "Bring A Torch, Jeanette Isabella", movements from Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker Suite" and much more. Jennifer Pascual uses the pipe organ at Saint Patrick's Cathedral to its fullest potential on this recording.
