Joyce Jones in a Benefit Concert for the Brooklyn Pipe Organ Encounter
On Tuesday, July 28 at 7:30pm organist Joyce Jones will play a recital to benefit the Brooklyn Chapter of the American Guild of Organist’s Pipe Organ Encounter at Our Lady of Refuge Church.
International concert organist Dr. Joyce Jones has devoted her professional life to making friends for the organ. She has taught at and/or led more Pipe Organ Encounter events for the American Guild of Organists (AGO) than any other person. Her only New York City recital appearance in 2015 will be a benefit concert on the recently restored Kilgen pipe organ at Our Lady of Refuge Church, 2020 Foster Ave., Brooklyn, NY on Tuesday, July 28 at 7:30 p.m.
