Nathan Laube Week (May 17 -21) at the cathedral in DC
Organist Nathan Laube will present this week a series of daily videos. They will celebrate the 2nd anniversary of his recital celebrating the completion of the Lively-Fulcher Organ at the Cathedral of Saint Matthew the Apostle.
Each day at 6am the cathedral will present a new work on its YouTube Channel . These recordings were filmed in January of 2021. You will not want to miss these daily presentations. Nathan Laube will also have a separate video discussing each work he will play.

Nathan Laube is not only a superb organist, he a consummate musician. His spoken introductions are learned and approachable. His playing and manner are assured, and his technique is perfection. His brilliant organ registrations always enhance the composers’ printed scores. And a big thank you to Joe Vitacco who has provided us these videos to watch Nathan’s graceful and appropriate movements, as we hear the many glorious sounds of the Lively Fulcher Organ in this splendid acoustic. These five inspired performances are eternal masterpieces. And to the parish community of the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle, God has blessed you abundantly!
